I've had the opportunity to work on multiple projects during my time as an analyst at Midco. Most of these involved the integration of statistical analysis and creation of Tableau dashboards. Below you will find a few examples of my dashboard design skills, which are available on Tableau Public.
INTERNET RESEARCH PROJECT
One of my biggest contributions at Midco has been my role in a newly created Internet Research Project. Using regression modeling and statistical analysis in SPSS, I worked to identify key variables that contribute to a negative customer experience. These variables were explored and analyzed in Tableau. The project's findings were used to allocate increased spending towards network improvements across the company footprint.
EMPLOYEE REPORT CARD SCORING
Using statistical analysis, I created a z-score model based on employee performance. The scores were used to identify each employee's quarterly bonus based on the z-score and percentile ranking within the department. The scoring system rewards the top 75% of performers with the highest bonus. The model was calculated in SQL and integrated into a dashboard in Tableau for the department to use.
